Founded in 1999 by Anthony and Anita McFarlane, STVSO started as a program to refocus youth in the Southwest Baltimore area into positive behaviors.
Being migrants from Trinidad & Tobago, Mr. and Mrs. Mac brought their Carribbean culture with them to Charm City, and have positively impacted the lives of dozens of children and young adults.
To date, their band has amassed over a thousand performances in hundreds of locations over the last 20+ years.
